As Senior Strategy, Planning and Performance Manager you will ensure we achieve long term impact by coordinating strategy development and processes to deliver our long term vision, strategy and plan.
This will involve communicating our strategy to stakeholders, ensuring we produce clear annual SMART plans in-line with strategy needs as well as developing efficient performance reporting to enable the senior management team to make informed decisions.
You will also manage the production of annual accountability reporting as well as liaise with colleagues in ActionAid International to make sure UK and International strategies and plans are in harmony.
With proven experience in strategic and creative leadership you will have demonstrable management and coordination skills as well as the ability to produce and champion annual plans.
With a sound understanding of organisational development principles and practice you are comfortable designing and deploying performance indicators in organisational management and decision making.
Proficient at planning and evaluating projects you are effective at managing people and stakeholders and possess excellent networking, communication and facilitation skills.
