As an Administrator you will use your administration and organisation skills to support the Director of Communications and their team. This will involve managing logistics from scheduling and preparing meetings to answering calls and coordinating travel arrangements.
You will also take and circulate minutes, organise contracts and documentation, handle correspondence and manage diaries. In addition you will carry out a range of general administration duties including copying and filing to help ensure the department runs smoothly.
Good at taking minutes, you’ll be the kind of person who keeps calm under pressure and has extensive experience of providing office and senior level PA support.
Naturally good with people, you will have well developed communication, administration and MSOffice skills coupled with an eye for detail. Excellent at multitasking you will also be a strong team player who is able take the initiative and prioritise workloads when needed.
