At ActionAid we've created fantastic career opportunities for experienced sector professionals who want to be part of an organisation that is delivering a bold strategy to provide sustained improvements to the poorest and most excluded people in the world. Join our action to end poverty now and be part of something truly amazing.

Working with the Director of Communications, the departmental management team, our international office and the 45 countries we work in, you will develop and lead a new audio-visual strategy that mobilises existing supporters and new audiences to give money and campaign in solidarity with poor and marginalised people.
Leading a small in-house team you will drive the effective use of photo and video across an extensive range of platforms as well as ensure work is cutting edge and of the highest standard. You will prioritise activities in-line with organisational needs, develop our visual brand identity and a range of visual assets. You will also devise strategies for digitisation of key assets and support their implementation.

With a background in either digital video/television production, broadcasting, online photo/video channel, photo/video agency or distribution you are expert at developing strategy (including audience strategy) and producing compelling visual communications that engage with wide audiences.
You will have a solid understanding of trends in digital video and photo distribution, channels and platforms as well as sound knowledge of copyright, rights management and licensing issues.
