Senior Reservation Agent | Qatar Airways | New York
About The Role::
In this role you will be responsible to support the sales force to acheive and maximize the revenue targets; ensuring the commercial success of the airline. You will also create maximum awareness of QRs products and services, assist outdoor sales people in daily business and act as helpdesk for our trade partners in Russia.
About You::
To be successful in this role you will need minimum of a University degree. Minimum of 2 year experience in customer service in an Airline / Travel Industry/ Hospitality. Prior airline reservations experience is preferred. IATA /Airline basic tariff courses also preferred.
You should have excellent computer and mathematical skills, fair knowledge of the world's Geography and excellent English language ability; both spoken and written. You must be legally eligible to live and work in the USA without requiring sponsorship.
