​Aga Khan University Hospital invites applications for the traineeship programme for its main lab and outreach laboratories across Pakistan
Responsibilities
​Trainee Technologist programme at AKUH is unique in a sense that it trains potential technologist for Clinical laboratory operations and at large produce quality technologists who get involved in patient care.The one year programme offers didactics and hands on experience in the following areas:
  • Blood Bank
  • Clinical Chemistry
  • Histopathology
  • Microbiology
  • Molecular Pathology
  • Haematology
Requirements
​Candidate must have BSc in Biological Sciences or Medical Technologist with a minimum of second division, or an equivalent qualification in the above subjects; BS or MSc degree holders will be preferred from academic year 2011 to 2013. Only degree holders are eligible to apply.
