​Senior Medical Officers (Paediatrics or Adult)

Introduction

Aga Khan University invites applications for the position of ​Senior Medical Officers (Paediatrics or Adult).

Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible: for patients’ initial evaluation, investigation and management to maintain consistently high clinical quality and service standards to perform emergency medical procedures under supervision to supervise the work of Interns and Medical Officers on their rotation to do bedside teaching and training and actively participate in academic activities of Emergency Department.

Requirements

Candidates should have: an MBBS with a valid PMDC license at least five years of experience in Paediatrics, Medicine, Surgery or Family Medicine those with structured residency training or emergency experience will be preferred ability to work independently and with teams strong interpersonal and communication skills.
