Volunteer Support Team Administrator
VSO is the world’s leading independent international development organisation that works through volunteers to fight poverty in developing countries. We are looking for a strong administrator to support our UK Volunteering Department to send over 250 volunteers overseas.
Are you a strong administrator, with brilliant attention to detail and a passion for providing excellent customer service, do you want the opportunity to use these skills to really make a difference in the fight against global poverty?
The VSO UK Volunteer Journey team is looking for an administrator to support the management of the assessment and applications process for the next 4-5 months. We are looking for someone with:
• Great organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent customer care skills – the ability to work with volunteers, manage expectations and provide high quality support
• Good IT, the ability to work as part of a team, and the confidence to make decisions and solve problems independently
