Finance, Admin and Project Management Intern
Women’s WorldWide Web (www.W4.org) is an online crowdfunding platform aiming at promoting girls' and women's empowerment worldwide, in cities and in rural areas, in both developing and developed countries. Working in start-up mode, with a small team in Paris and volunteers contributing from every continent, W4 is currently structuring its young operations and studying strategic development opportunities.
Job description:
• Support day to day management of W4 operations and administration (including some interns supervisions, planning, follow-up on teams objectives, communication with the board and various volunteers, daily office management tasks).
• Provide financial management (budget, cash flow, financial control, accounting, filing).
• Support Strategic Development, in particular in assisting with business modeling and research.
• Contribute to various projects; help with coordination of all W4 activities, run field partners audits.

The perimeter of this role can be discussed according to the candidate profile, and responsibilities will gradually increase according to the intern’s achievements.
Required skills:
• The ideal candidate should have good business and management skills, corporate finance, accounting and HR understanding, the ability to have a transverse vision of an organization.
• Independent and enthusiastic, willing to manage teams and projects, rigorous, flexible.
• Excellent written and oral presentation (French and English).
• Excellent MS Excel skills.
• Demonstrated team working and management abilities, problem solving. At ease in a fast changing, creative environment.
• Currently graduating from a Business School, MSc in Management or equivalent.
• Strong interest for the non-profit, social business or start-up sectors.
