Job purpose and key deliverables | Job Purpose is to Ensure availability of Wrapping Material in all Wrapping Material warehouses in right quantity, quality and brand/SKU mix to meet market demand and Plan and execute shipment of Wrapping Materials to ensure optimum utilization of vehicles and other resources. Key Deliverables:· Generate and analyse stock and sales records, compile relevant statistics for all internal users of different functions for strategic business decisions · Integrate decisions of Cycle Planning and other business meeting in managing the FG distribution process · Ensure compliance in shipment execution by generating, monitoring and controlling all excise, VAT and other treasury related invoices, documentation, etc. to uphold corporate reputation as an honest taxpayer · Prepare and provide timely and accurate financial information relating to sales, turnover, treasury deposit etc to the users of other functions including Executive Committee Members in order for them to review the Company Cash Flow status and take business decisions · Involvement and compliance with BAT Global initiatives such as Supply Chain Integration through SCOR Model, EAS compliance in SAP, etc. |
