The role is based in Richards Bay and reports into the Sales Manager with responsibility for either a channel or geography.
BDR Retail Geo Trade

Will be responsible for Retail geographical trade customers only, within a defined geographical area
|
Leadership Responsibilities
Ø No direct line management but responsibility for leading with customers in outlets in the defined territory
Ø Able to demonstrate the required levels of brandhouse leadership plus sales functional capability
Accountabilities
Ø Management and achievement of sales volume, value targets and KPI targets
Ø Drive the highest standards of executional excellence through the implementation of business plans, trading term compliance, cycle activity, perfect store activation & category management
Ø Implement sales driver activities (will focus on QDVP3)
Ø Foster outstanding collaboration and build relationships with key customers
Ø Timely and accurate completion of all administration including database & credit management 100% of customer calls completed on time, with due frequency and to defined standards
Qualifications and Experience Required
Ø Appropriate territory qualification (degree / diploma)
Ø 2-3 years FMCG Sales experience
Ø SHL standard verbal and numerical scores
Ø Commercial experience is a plus
Ø Full clean driving license
