Training & Learning Coordinator - International Youth Engagement

We are looking for an experienced facilitator or trainer to manage the training and learning of approximately 350 volunteers each year. The successful candidate will work directly with our International Citizen Service (ICS) volunteers (aged 18-25), organising and attending their UK training weekends, and inspiring and supporting their ongoing learning and development. Managing a team of part time trainers this role will ensure that our volunteers are fully prepared and excited about both their overseas placement and their continued UK Action at Home. This role is ideal for someone who is looking for a role that offers flexibility. A job share arrangement will be considered.
