Sandvik Mining and Construction Materials Handling in Leoben seeks an
Assistant to Project Lead
with dedicated Project Function
on a temporary basis for our Global Conveyor Components Team (max. one year)
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
  • Update the project timing plan across all project functions
  • Drive task execution according to the project milestone
  • Shape new project processes and ensure adherence
  • Take the lead in creating management presentations
  • Support the project lead in his day-to-day work (meeting organization and documentation)
  • At least 2 weeks business trip to Shanghai per month
YOUR PROFILE
  • Relevant education degree
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects/activities in a very challenging environment
  • Fluent English skills, Chinese and German skills is an advantage
  • Superior communication and organization development skills
  • Strong follow-up mentality
  • Good IT-skills (MS-Office including MS Project)
  • Basis technical industry knowledge is an advantage
