PRICING & MARKET ANALYST

Sandvik Construction is a business area within the Sandvik Group providing solutions for virtually any construction industry application, encompassing such diverse businesses as surface rock quarrying, tunneling, excavation, demolition, road building, recycling and civil engineering. The range of products includes rock tools, drilling rigs, breakers, bulk-materials handling and crushing and screening machinery.

The Marketing & Pricing department at Customer Services has responsibility for this area within Sandvik Construction. We are four colleagues and one manager, working with marketing and pricing. We are now looking for a Pricing and Business Analyst for atemporary position, until at least October 2016, with a flexible location at any Sandvik Construction site.

Key performance areas

As Pricing and Business Analyst you are responsible for the Services business line, i.e. Service, Spare and Wear parts. You manage prices of the above products and support Sales Areas and Product management with business analysis and quotes for strategic deals. In this position you have good opportunities to develop within the job, with great opportunities to build a network of international contacts, as well as identify and develop improvements in our processes.

You report to the VP of Marketing and Pricing and some traveling is included in this position.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with a relevant degree, for example in Engineering, Economy, or comparable knowledge obtained from work experience. You have at least three years of experience, relevant to this position. You have good skills in MS Office, especially Excel, Access and QlikView, as well as in English, in both writing and speaking.
