Project Management Internship at Music Crossroads International
Music Crossroads International is looking for an experienced young professional looking to gain valuable insight into the field of international development work in the arts in a diverse, fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for assisting in the management of projects and general administrative tasks across the organization with its partners in Africa, as well as contributing to the development of initiatives for future projects. Follow up on activities planned locally and Internationally and their implementation schedule.
General Administrative tasks, such as fundraising, book-keeping, office management and more.
MCI empowers and educates young musicians in Africa, it is a program of Jeunesses Musicales International and is a truly international organization—you will deal with individuals from a variety of different cultures and backgrounds.
You must be flexible, a quick learner, and possess the ability to take initiative. You must also have basic experience with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office. Interested candidates should have prior experience with grant writing and general fundraising initatives.

Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent.
- Excellent English.
- French and Portuguese are a plus.
This internship is an unpaid, duration 3 months (with possibility of extension to 6 months).
