External relations Executive, Regulation EMEA
Job purpose:
To support the achievement of the RICS continuous professional development (CPD) compliance targets and the rollout of our program of professional reviews (VR) in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA)
Key responsibilities:
Continuous Professional Development (CPD)
- Provide members with information on how to fill in their CPD
- Chase members who have not complied with their compulsory CPD
- Update the RICS CRM Regulation database system
- Report on progress
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to assist and improve supervising progress
- Assist in developing content for CPD campaign
- Liaise with Corporate Affairs team for external media communications
Valuer Registration scheme (VR)
- Provide members with information on how to register in on our Registered Valuers scheme
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to assist and improve supervising progress in the markets
- Report on progress to management
- Assist in developing content for VR campaigns
- Liaise with Corporate Affairs team for external media communications
Profile:
- Very good English and at least one other European language, preferably German, French, Spanish or Italian
- Experience of working within multinational and customer service focussed environment
- Excellent communications skills (especially telephone based) with the ability to communicate clearly, accurately and confidently orally and in writing across a variety of mediums delivered in an audience appropriate tone and style
- Excellent organisational / administrative skills
- Proficiency in IT (Word, Excel) )
- Sense of initiative, diplomatic skills, excellent team player
Advantageous:
- Degree or equivalent professional experience
- IT skills and experience of working with a Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) and Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrates the ability to take on higher grade duties as required
