Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the above positions tenable in the Ministry of


Health facilities.

SALARY: D4, (P149,808 - P165.808) perannum.


BENEFITS: A. Optional contributory Medical Aid Scheme (Government pays 50% Employee 50%) B. Contributory Pension (Government contributes 15% and employee contributes 5% of salary) LEAVE: 30 working days per annum.

QUALIFICATION: Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management/Public Administration/Business Administration or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE: At least 6 years post qualification experience in a Human Resource environment or related field of which 2 years should have been at Principal Administration Officer for Public Officers.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:To give the Administrative support service in relation to Human Resource, Financial and Office Administration.


KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS


1. Interprets and ensures compliance to the Public Service Act and Regulations, General Orders, Directives, Circulars and Regulations for Industrial Class Employees.


2. Facilitates recruitment processes relating to appointments, promotions, transfers and salary upgrading;


3. Attends to queries on wages, salaries and allowances.4. Deputizes Chief Administration Officer I in the coordination, direction and supervision of the work staff. S. Takes appropriate action on disciplinary cases that require particular attention through consultations and providing. 6. Facilitates follow up actions on the findings of the Auditor General and Public Accounts Committee reports. 7. Discusses with respective supervisors staff appraisals in view of taking corrective measures and also planning staff development and other related personnel issues. 8. Produces periodic management reports with specific recommendations. 9. Maintains computerized personnel management system (CPMS).
