Description

Team Leader / Senior Expert

1. Senior consultant with at least a Masters Degree or equivalent
2. International experience in programme management and evaluation
3. Design of logical frameworks
4. Minimum of 10 years experience
5. Good knowledge of EDF procedures
6. Knowledge of private sector and micro and small enterprises in sub-Saharan Africa is essential.
7. Strong background in implementing EDF financed, government managed private sector/local economic development will be a strong advantage.

20 days of field work and draft report

10 days for report finalisation

Mission expected to begin late July 2011 and finished by mid September 2011
