Junior Expert

1. Consultant with international experience in the development and implementation of Eu programmes
2. At least 3 years experience in evaluation
3. Experience with government capacity building and microfinance product development
4. Experience in business development services for micro and small enterprises and capacity building of private sector associations in Africa is preferred.

20 days of field work

5 Days draft report preparation.

Indicative starting date: 25th July
