Description

As a Workforce Effectiveness Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the Workforce Effectiveness Agenda globally across RBB COO (circa 25000 colleagues). This entails supporting the development and implementation of a range of high-profile Workforce Effectiveness projects designed to support our colleagues. The role is based in Lithuania, working alongside a B4 Workforce Effectiveness Analyst and reporting into a UK-based Workforce Effectiveness Project Manager. The Workforce Effectiveness projects will change over time in response to business requirements; however the current project activity is outlined below:

  • STAR champion for business unit - ensures STAR Awards programme is promoted and administered effectively within the chief operating office
  • Production of report for STAR Monthly Business Review
  • Ownership of key administrative tasks for STAR programme (under direction of STAR programme manager) - to include winners e.mails to line managers and nominees
  • Ownership of updates to D&I intranet site (as directed by the D&I manager)
  • Organisation of D&I Council meetings, including production of agenda and minute taking (as directed by the D&I Manager)
  • Project Management Office support of the D&I programme, including providing support to D&I Sub-Councils
  • Training representative for Chief Operating Office (tracks mandatory completion, sends reminders, is point of contact to advise colleagues on best route for external training)
  • Ownership and management of team distribution lists
  • Organisation of weekly team meetings - including setting the agenda and taking / distributing minutes
  • Development and maintenance of team share-point site
  • Ownership and maintenance of Workforce Effectiveness / Workspace Planning intranet
  • Raise and track Purchase Orders on behalf of team
  • Raise E service Point (eSP) requests on behalf of team

Qualifications

We expect you to possess:
