Various shift pattern available: Monday - Sunday, between 8am and 9pm

Our Liverpool call centre is responsible for selling the full portfolio of Barclays products to existing customers. Joining the newest of our centres you'll shape the office's culture and have plenty of scope to make your mark. As well as being part of the team, the position offers a combination of training and autonomy, which proactively helps you achieve targets. Your hard work will be rewarded with great prospects, while daily you'll enjoy the amenities at Wavertree Technology Park.

Providing the seamless telephone service we're renowned for - all with that special personal touch - you'll meet, and beat highly attainable targets. You'll be a natural on the telephone, capable of quickly building rapport and trust. Ideally you'll have put your skills into practice in a customer-focused environment. A positive outlook is key, and your natural sales ability will ensure you achieve your targets. You'll quickly identify customers' needs, up-selling where possible and making referrals to product specialists. So that as you deliver a fantastic service your sales figures will soar.
