Key responsibilities:

• Take the lead role in Sales Management, for customer development and customer partnerships to grow the business for the Power Systems Business
• Meet and achieve annual operating plans for sales and profit of Cummins Systems and Generators
• Develop and implement strategies and initiatives that meet performance targets, with regular reviews and updates
• Meet AOP (P&L and cash flow elements) and key performance indicators for the PowerGen Business.

Key requirements:

• Bachelor degree, preferably technical
• Bilingual – French preferred
• Knowledge of electrical engineering
• Technical engineering experience.
