Minimum requirements:

Lab Manager
Flora Laboratory

Minimum requirements:

  • A National Diploma in Biomedical Technology
  • Registered with HPCSA (current proof is required)
  • Registered as a qualified Medical Technologist (Clinical Pathology)
  • At least 3 years in a senior position
  • Superior QC and QA knowledge
  • Good Clinical Laboratory Practice
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to manage staff
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Knowledge of Meditech
  • Exposure to and experience in preparing the lab for internal and external audits
  • Flexible, reliable and willing to work overtime and unsociable hours when required
  • The ability to train and motivate junior and new staff.
