Technical Support: Service Desk

If you have IT helpdesk experience and exceptional customer service skills then we have a vacancy within our IT team that could be just for you.

Our work is crucial to the organisation as we provide the tools and environment for them to carry out this important work.

You will be responsible for supporting IT services delivered to WWF-UK employees, guests and onsite partners/contractors. You will be proficient in supporting Microsoft Office, Windows operating systems, Outlook/Exchange and Active Directory.

We are moving to Woking in 2013 so this is an exciting time to be part of the IT department and to assist in the projects involved with the move.

You must be able to demonstrate your experience of a helpdesk call logging system and your ability to work in a high pressure, customer focussed environment. You will have excellent customer service and communication skills as well as the ability to prioritise, multi-task, organise and problem solve.

Salary: £21,430 to £22,769 per annum
