PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Coverage Monitoring Network project is an inter-agency initiative led by ACF, Save the Children, Concern Worldwide, International Medical Corps and Helen Keller International. The project aims to increase and improve coverage monitoring globally and in particular across West, Central, Southern and Eastern Africa. It also aims to identify, analyse and share lessons learned to improve CMAM policy and practice across the areas with a high prevalence of acute malnutrition.

Key Objectives of the Role

- To ensure the successful completion of all Coverage Monitoring Project activities

- To coordinate and manage all five (5) Regional Coverage Advisors (RECOs) in coordination with Nutrition Advisors in all other four (4) partner agencies (Save the Children, Concern Worldwide, International Medical Corps and Helen Keller International)

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate global needs assessment for coverage monitoring

2. Coordinate the deployment of RECOs at global level

3. Coordinate the implementation of Coverage Workshops, Field Trainings and After Action Reviews in selected countries

4. Convene and support the Technical Advisory Group supporting the project

5. Manage project grant including liaison with, and report to, project donors

6. Information Management & Sharing
