Sightsavers has an exciting new role for a Security and Compliance Manager. This role will be based within the Finance, Planning and Operations department and will lead the development of security policies and associated processes across the organisation. The role also has responsibility for monitoring and reinforcing our operational policy and process frameworks on behalf of the Senior Management team.

The successful candidate should have significant expertise of implementing security planning processes ideally obtained in a number of different environments (international development experience is preferable but not essential). An awareness of PCIDSS and DPA legislation alongside experience in managing change is also required. The ideal candidate will also be well organised, have excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills and strong project management skills.
