(Senior) Core Software Engineer 驱动软件测试工程师
We are seeking a SW Engineer in Nokia Mobile Phones Featurephone Product Development Beijing. You will be responsible for the technical investigation and development in relation to our S40 Products. You will work with some of the hottest mobile technologies on the market and join a highly motivated team to build chipset SW for the S40 SW platform.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will comprise:
- Deliver high quality results through deep technical expertise
- Contributing to project milestones by avoiding and solving complex technical problems through understanding the dependencies of a complex platform
- Working in a product creation project and/or technology project with implementation or integration responsibilities
- Bringing productivity, quality and competitive advantage to SW development by solving complex problems in component/product level
Qualifications
The ideal candidate has strong experience in software development and a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a similar field. We expect a recognized professional with the following attributes:
- Courage and will to develop
- Proven track record in either developing low level software, e.g. driver, protocol, security, audio,video and file systems
- Experience in complete software development lifecycle
- Knowledge about software design
- Experience in wireless technologies and embedded SW
- Deep knowledge about C, ARM assembly language and RTOS
- Hardware design experience is an advantage
- Excellent debugging and trouble shooting skills using trace32 or ETM
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Natural openness to new ideas
- Strong analytical ability to master cutting through to the heart of a situation and ensuring the right results in time
- Independent way of working and believe that an open, honest dialogue ensures the best results
