Description:
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the VP of Emerging Platforms in the CTO organization of Nokia.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Calendaring and time management prioritization
  • Organizing meetings and events, meeting facilities and follow up activities.(travel may be required)
  • Critical interface with internal and external constituents
  • Planning and arranging complex travel itineraries, schedules and processes expenses
  • Screens incoming calls and correspondence, prioritizes and responds as appropriate
  • Seeks, updates and provides information, constantly adjusting as priorities require
  • Provide support in producing/produces presentation and other material
  • Maintain professional and productive working relationships with peer group across Nokia

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Business Administration, management assistant program or equivalent experience
  • High sense of urgency
  • Ability to handle highly confidential matters and act with discretion
  • Flexibility to work around global hours on occasion
  • Extremely high attention to detail
  • Ability to partner with other Executive Admins and take direction when necessary
  • Proven capability as an executive assistant. An understanding of the Nokia organization and ways of working a plus
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Energetic and open-minded with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Behaving consistently in line with the Nokia values
  • Excellent skills in planning and organizing. Comfortable dealing with complex calendars and schedules; delivering quality and results to agreed standards, planning ahead and working in a systematic and organized way with attention to detail
  • An effective problem solver, you can keep things under control in a hectic environment, even when under pressure
