Coffey International Development Europe employs over 200 staff, working across four practice areas: Economic Growth; Evaluation and Research; Governance, Security and Justice; and Human and Social Development, with major projects in many developing countries, including Afghanistan, Ghana, and Nigeria.

The General Manager of International Development Europe will have overall responsibility for performance in the region, ensuring that the growth of International Development Europe is in line with targets established by Coffey International Development’s global strategy.

We are seeking an experienced, collaborative leader, with strong commercial acumen. He/she will be familiar with working in developing countries and of contracting to government, and will ideally have experience of working in the professional services and/or international development sector.
