Key roles and responsibilities
•Identify the best practices in community mobilization related to health education and to improve net ownership and use (net culture) at community level
•Support the NMCP in community based interventions in improving net culture
•Liaise with community leaders, religious institutions and other community based groups to advocate generally for their participation in malaria prevention and specifically in improving the net culture at community level
•Collaborate closely with BCC Advisor to facilitate the scale up of strategy to improve net culture in all regions of Ghana
•Provide technical and organizational capacity building assistance to Regional and District Health Management Teams and their partnering NGOs and FBOs in community mobilization strategies to improve net culture
•Supervise project staff and project-related support for social mobilization field activities
