Consultancy : : Design, Delivery and Accreditation of Public Service

The University of the South Pacific (USP) invites expressions of interest from experienced training providers, within and outside of Fiji, to be part of a suite of professional providers to assist the Pacific Islands Centre for Public Administration (PICPA) to design, deliver and accredit public service training for all levels of the public service and which recognizes the distinctive character of public service work. The Trainers will be contracted for a maximum period of three years and may be mutually renewed subject to satisfactory annual performance reviews.

The EOI will close on Thursday 13th September 2012 at 2:00pm (Fiji Time) and will be opened the same day at 2:15pm in the Fi­nance Conference Room, Administration Building, Ground Floor, USP, Laucala Campus, Suva, Fiji Islands in the presence of participating firms/ individuals who choose to witness the opening.

Participating firms/individuals are required to submit their EOI to the address specified in the EOI document. Submissions can also be sent via courier or e-mail as well.

Interested firms/ individuals can collect the detailed EOI from the Procurement Office. This notice and the EOI document are also available on the website www.usp.ac.fj under ‘Public Notices’ and can be downloaded for perusal. All queries relating to this EOI and USP’s response thereto, without disclosing the identity of the source thereof, shall be posted under the relevant procurement notice at the USP’s website.
