Institutional and Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist
Mekong River Commission Secretariat (MRCS) is now recruiting a highly qualified candidate for this position, based in the Office of the MRC Secretariat in Vientiane, Lao PDR.
The Institutional and M&E Specialist will be responsible for the institutional development, decentralisation and monitoring and evaluation (M&E) related tasks of basin development planning. He/she will lead and facilitate a process in each country to analyse the current processes and institutions that influence basin planning and make suggestions for the implementation of the Basin development Strategy and the improvement of the BDP process.
