The Ministry of Natural Resources (MINIRENA ) informs the public that it would like to recruit qualified staff to fill the following positions :

1. Budget Management Officer :

• Be a Rwandan by Nationality;
• Masters in accounting, Business Administration, Monetary Economics or A0 with 2 years working experience;
• Be proficient in English and French and have computer skills.
  
  

2. Professional in charge of Sector Strategic Planning and External Links

• Be a Rwandan by Nationality;
• Masters in Economics, Business Administration, Development studies, Environmental studies or A0 with 3 years working experience;
• Be proficient in English and French and have computer skills.
  
  

3. Secretary of Planning, Monitoring and evaluation Unit

• Be a Rwandan by Nationality;
• A1 in Secretariat, Economics or Public Administration + 2 years experience in the secretarial duties;
• Be proficient in English and French and have computer skills.
  
  

4. Professional in charge of wood Industry

• Be a Rwandan by Nationality;
• Master’s or Equivalent in Forestry, or A0 in Forestry with 2 years working experience;
• Be proficient in English and French and have computer skills.
  
  

5. Professional in charge of Land Administration

• Be a Rwandan by Nationality;
• Master’s in Land Administration, Geography, Land Laws or A0 with 3 years working experience;
• Be proficient in English and French and have computer skills.
  
  

Documents required are as follows :

• Photocopy of degrees;
• Photocopy of National identity card
