EVENTS EXECUTIVE EUROPEAN POLICY CENTRE
The European Policy Centre is seeking a dynamic Events Executive to run its busy events programme.
This is a key position and requires a high degree of organisational skill, dedication and flexibility. The successful candidate will be part of a small team in the Events & Administration Department and will report to the Director of that Department.
Main attributes
- Proven experience in planning and organising events and meetings
- Excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail
- Ability to work to deadlines under pressure and to multi-task
- Service-oriented and open to new ideas and technologies
- Experience in budget planning and knowledge of EXCEL
- Good social and communications skills and the capacity to work in a team
- Basic knowledge of EU institutions
- Fluency in English and French (other languages are a plus)
- Higher secondary education + 2-3 years of further studies
Remuneration will depend on the individual’s experience and qualifications.
Start date: 22 October 2012
