SALARY: £25,880 – £27,707pa

With experience in a senior executive support role and well developed admin skills you are just the person we are looking for at ActionAid. We are looking for a great PA/Administrator to support our International Director of Fundraising & Communications and his/her team and help them work more effectively.

You will help manage and coordinate logistics from scheduling and preparing meetings to managing correspondence and coordinating travel arrangements. You will also take and circulate minutes, manage diaries as well as update and maintain systems. You will also get involved in running fundraising projects as well as in maintaining intranet space to improve internal communications.

It is essential that you have experience of providing office & senior level PA support and have well developed communication, admin and keyboard abilities. In addition, you must have good people skills, work well as part of a team and be comfortable meeting multiple deadlines.

Discreet and able to work on your own initiative, you will have an eye for detail, strong PC skills and the confidence to make changes to improve processes. Formal project management qualifications would be a real advantage.
