INTERNATIONAL MEDICAL CORPS is seeking an Operations Manager for USAID/Office of Transition Initiatives (OTI) IQC, Support Which Implements Fast Transition IV (SWIFT IV). SWIFT IV is the mechanism through which OTI implements programs in countries in transition, providing assistance to help host governments and civil society advance democracy. The Operations Manager provides oversight for all country program operations including logistics, procurement, finance and the small grants mechanism.

QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate will have at least 10-15 years of experience working in developing countries with a minimum of 5 years operations management experience, preferably in conflict or post-conflict areas;. Bachelors in related field required; MBA preferred. .
