Uganda Clays Ltd is a major manufacture and supplier of clay baked building products in the East African region. The head offices are located at Kajjansi 14 km on Entebbe road, the Company has two factories at Kajjansi and Kamonkoli in Eastern Uganda. Applications are invited from suitably qualified, competent and dynamic individuals for the following post: Post: IT Audit Assistant. Reporting to: Audit Office. Job specification: To check and verify unauthorized data changes in the system. To assess the adequacy of the controls in the IT infrastructure and the overall integrity of the information system. Examine source documents in respect to payments. Examine the posting of ledger control accounts. Participate in enforcing internal control systems.

Requirement: A degree in Business administration (finance/accounting) or Computer Science. A professional qualification (ACCA II,CPA II or CIA) from recognized institution is added advantage. Working experience of at least two years in a similar position. Should have Computer skill in tally, excel or one accounting software. Professional certificates in CCNA, MCSA or MCSE will be an added advantage.
