Copenhagen As a Marketing manager, you are a fully dedicated business
leader, shaping the future of one of our many Google products. Whether
you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android)
or a business product (AdWords, AdSense, DoubleClick, Analytics), you
take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of
the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive
analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help
shape the voice of the product and help it grow a loyal consumer base.
This means you work with a cross-functional team across sales, corporate
communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and
more. The role enables you to shape the product development process,
organize product launches from beginning to end and form future
marketing strategy.
You will be in charge of positioning, packaging, and promoting Google's B2B products and services and achieve measurable objectives. You will be responsible for efficient ROI based marketing strategies, for the planning and execution for all Google’s marketing activities targeting agencies and advertisers, ranging from small entrepreneurial businesses to the largest advertisers in the country. You will be responsible for the increased adoption of Google Adwords, YouTube & Display, Mobile and much more. This role is a cross-functional and international role where you will be working closely with the Nordic marketing team, our EMEA and Global Marketing team as well as our country Sales teams, the Product, YouTube and PR teams The role is based in Copenhagen and involves business travel especially within the Nordics and some of our European offices. Responsibilities:
- Advocate, communicate and implement strategy to the Nordic marketing team, the country sales team and senior management.
- Set marketing strategy for our B2B marketing initiatives in Denmark. Work closely with regional B2B teams and our Nordic B2B lead and the central teams in London
- Lead and project manage the execution of high impact B2B programmes to drive product adoption and usage.
- Work with market insights to design and deliver studies tracking effectiveness and ROI of your marketing programmes.
- Determine and manage marketing budgets, appoint and manage Creative-, Media- and Event agencies
- BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience).
