Affecting the wellbeing of developing countries around the world, this influential management role is focused on development as well as social and economic goals and programmes.

Working to high standards of transparency, integrity and delivery, you will be a visionary leader with practical management and operational skills. You will be responsible for delivering crucial elements of our strategic plan through direct oversight of teams responsible for social and economic development and growth including trade and debt management; contributing to the collective institutional management; building beneficial relationships with member states and other organisations, both public and private; and representing us through public speaking, the media and diplomatic channels.

Having attained your post-graduate degree in a relevant field, you will have gained substantial experience at a senior level as an official working in the field of international development. Persuasive, confident and an effective supervisor and manager, you must have a background which includes planning, evaluating, monitoring and leading as well as managing people and finances.
