Job Purpose	As the world’s fastest growing commercial airline, Etihad Airways always offers significant opportunities for Omani National fresh graduates to pursue their professional and personal goals, therefore we would like to invest in you by giving you the opportunity to be one of the elite students selected to join our Information Technology Development Program.
Responsibilities	Is a structured 18 to 24 months Training Program Which will develop talented individuals identified during their studies through a formal assessment and selection process. They will be trained and coached in all aspects of the IT departments and IT functions. The program is underpinned with additional professional development once they graduate, appropriate for the subject domain for each Trainee (i.e individual development) which may include ITIL, Prince2, TOGAF and or COBIT frameworks providing a formal internationally recognized professional competency-based Qualifications with the objective that they become future experts and leaders within Etihad IT.
Requirements	Minimum Entry Criteria: Omani National Age not more that 27yrs Holding a Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field Strong written and verbal English language Computer Literate Willing to Travel
