Datacenter Management Specialist


Experience requirements:
The Datacenter Management Team Member must have a solid experience in IT/ IS, is working in a remote team across the (European/ North American/ Asia Pacific) region, and should be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills. Empathy of delivering services to end-customers is a must. Safeguarding the daily operations while supporting the Service Desk & Operations through a 2nd level escalation derived from incident management, tasks within the 2nd level problem resolution are executed while even 3rd level problem management is performed with the strategic partners of Atlas Copco.

Knowledge:
•Windows Server family •Server /Data Recovery and Backup Solutions•Windows SQL server family•Experience in Remote Access including: Citrix, Terminal Server, RDP•Experience in Virtualization technologies (i.e. VMWare)•Storage Area Networks•Active Directory•Fundamentals of TCP/ IP•Server and Network design, both passive and active components•Server management•Server Monitoring and Reporting•Cisco switches and routers

Educational requirements:
•Bachelor degree in Information Technology or similar through experience.•Fluency in English, spoken and written is a must. Other languages are an asset.•ITIL Foundations Certification is preferred
