Director of Strategy & Performance


The Department for Education is the UK government department with responsibility for schools and children’s services. The Director of Strategy and Performance will help to guide the Department in delivering an ambitious policy and Departmental reform programme. They will be responsible for improving the quality of policy-making and implementation across the Department. The successful candidate will to work closely with Ministers, the permanent Secretary and a wide range of senior colleagues. We are also advertising the role of Chief Analyst and will consider applications from candidates who wish to be considered for both roles; both roles require strategic leadership, strong intellectual and communication skills.
