The UN Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) is expanding its consultants' roster. It invites consultants meeting the criteria to submit their curriculum vitae for consideration:

Criteria:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in leading and conducting evaluations in the international development context
- At least an additional 5 years of professional working experience in a related professional area (preferably within the technical expertise of UNECE programmes)
- Experience conducting evaluations in countries in the UNECE region
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Knowledge of Russian language is highly desirable
Applicants are requested to identify which of the following technical areas fall within their competence for conducting evaluations.
- Evaluation of institutional / intergovernmental processes
- Transport and related sectors
- Sustainable energy
- Environmental policy for sustainable development
- Gender equality
- Trade facilitation
- Economic innovation
- Climate change
- Statistics
- Forestry and Timber
- Housing and land management
