Within HR you will help to create an environment where all of the people in our huge and varied culture can bring their range of skills and goals to best use: for us and for them.
Within HR on the Unilever Future Leaders Programme you will join a team where you’ll not only be a part of Unilever’s culture, you’ll also be helping to create it to drive business performance.
Over two years you'll cover three rotations within the areas below:

Business Partnering - Identify business needs for developing, managing and implementing growth strategies. Review structure, culture, people and capabilities.

Expertise - Learn about and develop policies, processes, systems and tools to attract, select and develop the best talent.

Factory HR - Exposure to HR systems and processes at plant or factory.

Location: Placements may be in different business units across the UK & Ireland, so you need to be flexible about where you are based during the programme.

Please note: We fill roles on a rolling basis and so we advise you to apply as early as possible.
We look for minimum of a 2:2 undergraduate degree from any discipline and a minimum of 300 UCAS points / 465 Irish Leaving Certificate Points or equivelent (excluding General Studies).
