Supply Chain / Supply Chain Management
The opportunity of a lifetime – Made by you!
Unilever’s mission is to add Vitality to Life. We meet everyday needs for nutrition, hygiene and personal care with brands that help people feel good, look good and get more out of life. Our products touch the lives of 2 billion people every day.

Unilever’s purpose is to meet the everyday needs of people everywhere – to anticipate the aspirations of our consumers and customers and to respond creatively and competitively with branded products and services, which raise the quality of life. As our business grows, so do our responsibilities. We have therefore committed to developing new ways of doing business that will allow us to double the size of our company while reducing our environmental impact.

The Unilever Future Leaders Programme 2014
We are looking for future leaders to join Unilever’s 2-year Nordic Trainee Programme, the Unilever Futures Leaders Programme. We offer an extensive on-boarding programme, both formal training and mentoring, as well on-the-job training and rotations in different business functions. You will learn about our strategy and vision, the Nordic organization and structure, understanding consumers, corporate social responsibility and much more. You’ll enjoy up to four placements during your traineeship, one of which will be based in another Nordic country. From day one you have a real job. You will have your own area of responsibilities and will be expected to contribute to our business results.

In September 2014 we will take on trainees to our combined Customer Development (sales/key account management) and Marketing programme in Sweden, Denmark and Finland. In Finland or Denmark we will also take on trainees to our Supply Chain function.
Supply Chain
The Nordic Supply Chain function manages every stage of our supply process, starting with sourcing raw materials
and ending with timely delivery to our customers. It’s up to the Supply Chain function to make sure all Unilever
products are available on the shelves at the highest quality, when consumers want them and at a good price.

You will enjoy up to four placements within the Supply Chain function, e.g. within Manufacturing, Planning and/or Logistics. To get a solid foundation for your future in Supply Chain you will, during your placements, be placed in two Nordic countries and get to work in both the Nordic factories and our Nordic head offices. From day one you have a real job. You will have your own area of responsibilities and will be expected to contribute to our business results.
