Job Summary

Cardno TBE has an immediate opportunity for an Administrative Professional to work in our Altamonte Springs, FL office. The Administrative Professional will provide principle administrative and accounting support to the Branch Manager and staff.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

> Uses independent judgment and initiative to determine approach or action to take in non-routine situations.
> Composes correspondence about administrative matters for supervisory approval.
> Prepares materials needed for conferences, correspondence, appointments, meetings, phone calls, etc.
> Prepares special or one-time reports, summaries or replies to inquiries, selecting relevant information from a variety of sources.
> Prepares invoices, and works on billing and collections for approval by supervisor.
> Serves as liaison to field staff and may act as liaison for human resources within branch/office.

Other Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

> At least 5 years' experience working in an administrative or accounting support position. HS/AA.
> Excellent communication skills, advanced software skills.
> Highly organized.
> Ability to deal with the public professionally.
> Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
