Qualifications/Requirements	Currently studying the last two years of a bachelor or degree (Business Administration, Human Resources). Part time interns: 4 hours daily. Strong interest in building a career in GE / human resources. Fully bilingual in English, oral and written. Proactive and high self-motivated. Able to work with people at all levels. Leadership skills, able to motivate and work with others. Excellent communication skills. Ability to evaluate and understand reasonably complex issues and work through problems to deliver results in an organized and structured manner. Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high quality work at speed, using technology to check and valid information where appropriate. Exceptional analytical skills - the ability to take large amounts of raw data and translate into understandable reports. Team player who enjoys working collaboratively. Open in working to deadlines and flexible attitude. Commitment to delivering high quality results. Results and change oriented, high energy level, creative thinking. Expert in the use of standard Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point) / Advanced Excel Capabilities.
