We are currently recruiting for a Customer Manager for our Global Travel business. You will lead the relationship with a key customer to drive success for both businesses and ultimately increase sales. Specifically, you will be responsible for execution of long term strategies, development of joint business plans, implement new initiatives to drive brand visibility and grow category share and p/l management.

You will have a passion for customer management and consumers, with strong proven influencing and negotiation skills. You will have a strong ability to generate shopper and category insights into sales strategies that have a business impact. Additionally, you will have strong key account management, customer facing experience, ideally from an FMCG, coupled with proven analytical skills and the ability to think conceptually and practically. This role will require significant local and international travel.
