About the role
The Regional Research Advisor is responsible for strengthening local capacity in order to ensure that research programmes in various Asian countries are aligned and high quality. The primary role of the Regional Research Advisor is to provide ongoing technical assistance to national MSI research teams to improve skills and to ensure that research meets the demands of internal and external stakeholders and is used to improve programming. The post involves extensive international travel (40%). 70% of the Adviser's time is dedicated to regional work, and 30% to global work.
About you
We see you bringing to the role a degree or equivalent in public health or related discipline, you'll have experience within monitoring & evaluation or research within a developing country role, with strong writing skills for internal and external audiences. Experience within family planning or reproductive health would be highly desirable.
Based in Delhi or in an MSI country program in the Asia region
