IT Demand Manager
Global Finance Shared Service (GFSS) is responsible for regional support and the quality of service delivery within the region and for ensuring that delivery in each country in the region is in accordance with contract and agreed KPIs. The department is also responsible for support in preparing each country for coming transitions due to agreed processes. We define and approve completed transition for each country in order to take on Steady State Service responsibility and we also have the responsibility for implementing agreed process templates.
Right now GFSS is looking for an IT Demand Manager, to be located, preferably, in Stockholm or Sandviken.
Key performance areas
As IT Demand Manager you ensure that IT solutions and related services are effectively applied, by taking full ownership of IT demand matters within the GFSS Steady State organization.
Main responsibilities will be to:
- Control IT consumption; i.e., number of users, number of applications, devices permitted, etc.
- Verify that IT solutions/services are delivered according to expectations and business needs
- Establish an IT plan and budget that are linked to the overall business planning within GFSS
- Implement efficient use of IT demand processes, Project Portfolio Management, IT risk/security processes and related governance
- Ensure proactive control and follow-up of IT cost
A short-term focus is to be a speaking partner for the Optimus project related to IT matters and ensure readiness related to IT for the first markets going live with GFSS.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and/or IT, combined with at least five years' in a leading position in the area of finance or IT in a large global company. You also have experience of change management and process development, while experience of Shared Service Management is advantageous. Good skills in English, both written and verbal, are a prerequisite for the position.
You have a strong customer focus, are result oriented, and know how to build effective, global teams. The position as Manager places major demands on your leadership skills. You are perceptive and easily create a trusting environment for collaboration, while inspiring and motivating your co-workers to create team spirit and enthusiasm in order to reach the business' goals. You are also interested in developing both the business and your co-workers and have the ability to implement changes.
