| 上場企業から非上場中堅企業まで幅広い法人顧客に対して、リース、有担保融資等、法人金融案件の与信分析を担当頂きます。 - リース、有担保融資等、法人金融案件の与信分析。上場企業から非上場中堅企業まで、幅広い顧客層を対象とする。 - 顧客の事業内容、財務・キャッシュフロー分析、業界分析、コラテラル分析等をおこない、投資推薦書を作成、申請し、決裁を取得する。 - 案件組成からファンディングまでのプロセス全般（与信分析、契約書式交渉、社内決裁、ファンディング期日管理等）をリードする立場で、社内各関連部門（営業、法務、アセットマネジメント、キャピタルマーケッツ、ファイナンス等）を取りまとめる役割を担う。 - 既存顧客のモニタリングを通じ、ポートフォリオの健全性を維持する。 - 社内他部門に対するリスクマネジメント関連トレーニングの実施 - その他、リスク管理に係わる業務全般 - Conduct credit underwriting on secured finance products including lending and leasing with targeting wide range customers from large enterprise to unlisted medium-sized corporate - Prepare deal approval pitches (including due diligence on customer’s business and financials, industry analysis, and collateral/security analyses), recommend, and obtain final approval - Lead entire underwriting process from origination to funding (e.g., credit underwriting, legal documentation, approval, and funding schedule mgmt., etc.), by closely collaborating with relevant functions including Sales, Legal, Asset Management, Capital Markets, and Finance - Proactively manage quality of existing performing portfolio through monitoring existing customers - Provide Risk education and training to other functions in the company - Other Risk Management related assignments (including due diligence) | |
| ＜経験/Business Experience＞ 法人金融分野で1～5 年程度の経験。主に金融機関、商社、事業会社金融事業部門等で、顧客の財務分析や与信業務に従事。 (GE社内からの応募の場合は、上記に加えて、リース及び貸金営業経験者も歓迎します。PB/LPBで募集します。） 1- 5 years’ experience of corporate finance including financial and/or credit analysis in financial institutes, trading firms, finance business of multi-national corporation ＜スキル・知識/Qualifications & Requirements＞ - 論理的思考力 - 多様な業種・業界についての分析経験 - 個別企業の財務分析、キャッシュフロー分析・予測の経験 - 間接金融（主にリース、融資、証券化等）に関する基本的な知識 - コミュニケーション能力： 傾聴力、対人関係スキル、プレゼンテーションスキル、積極的な情報発信能力 - 適切な報告、情報共有、周囲へのアシスタンスが可能なチームプレーヤー - 強い倫理感とインテグリティー - PCスキル: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook - Logical thinking capability - Experience in investment analysis in diverse industries - Robust financial/cash-flow analysis (including projection) skills - Basic understanding of debt financing products (i.e. leasing, secured lending, securitization) - Interpersonal skills: ability to develop strong working relationships with business/function counterparts while maintaining own independence - Presentation skills with proactive attitude on information sharing - Team player: ability to make timely reporting, information sharing, and assistance to team members - High ethical standard and integrity - PC competency: MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook | |
